How is Solas specifically

Standard clothing is built around rigid waists that compress the abdomen. During a pelvic flare-up or "endo belly" swelling, that pressure can severely aggravate pain, nerve sensitivity, and digestive distress. Solas replaces harsh elastic bands with a patent-pending support structure that expands and adapts dynamically to swelling—providing gentle, staying support without digging into your stomach.
How does the waistband stay up without pinching or rolling?
​Traditional waistbands stay up by digging in. Ours stays in place using a patent-pending design that distributes gentle, continuous contact around your waist rather than applying concentrated pressure to your lower abdomen. From me to you
​My journey to founding Solas began with a personal health crisis that led to years of deep research into how nutrition and environment affect our biology. Through a clean, anti-inflammatory lifestyle, I experienced the incredible power of healing my body from the inside out. However, I soon realized that while I was cleaning up what went into my body, the synthetic, plastic-filled clothing I wore everyday was still exposing me to hormone-disrupting PFAS and toxins.
I knew there had to be a better way, so I created Solas to offer a sanctuary of plant-based fabrics that are as safe, pure, and nurturing for our skin as possible. Solas is the beautiful culmination of my passion for wellness, but it is truly just the beginning. I am driven by a creative fire to keep innovating, designing health-conscious products that prove we never have to compromise our well-being for performance and style.
Solas is also a fabric technology company. Our patented plastic-free compression banding is available for licensing to brands and manufacturers in activewear, wellness, and women's health.
